Welcome to the new Dolphin Lover's WebRing. The topic of this webring is fairly easy to guess but I think I should tell some of you. Anyone who is a lover of dolphins and has a site related to dolphins is more than welcome to join. -- One comment though, the webmistress of DL, Kolisia, hasn't been doing such a good job managing this ring. Ever since Webring has merged with Yahoo, she isn't liking the management part one bit. So, we are taking off the options of joining the ring for right now, until everything is somewhat under control. She has over 50 people who have applied and she doesn't really know what to do or how to go about it. (She hates the Yahoo thing!!) She is going to take whatever time she has and check it out and see what she can do. Thank you guys for being understanding!
The purpose of this webring (like any other type of webring) is to gather all those who are dolphin lovers under one category and make it easy to find sites pertaining to dolphins if one wanted to. I have found webrings to be very useful at my own website and I think this is a good idea.
Why:
Though I have joined many webrings, I haven't found one that completely suits me. I have even found some dolphin webrings that allow sites that have absolutely nothing to do with dolphins join the ring. Of course, I steered clear of those. Now that it is summer, I have more time to work on my several ideas and this is my first priority. I want a webring that is strict and will provide searchers to find what they want.
